Is there anyone who knows where to find or have binaries of AviSynth (2.5.8, 3.0 or whatever)?

I've found sources for 3.0, but it demands plenty of strange things, namely: NASM 0.98 and some plugin for it (though 2.03.... exists long time now), boost (a very strange library), stlport and besides has many broken links in its configure...

Did anyone got over all these troubles and compiled it for linux somehow?..

There is no native 2.x version for linux. Avisynth needs window's vfw-framework. So like Dark Shikari said, you can use wine...

No, it just has been renamed to libavfilter! :D That's at least where my hopes are lying...
