Hello,
I am pretty new to VirtualDubMod so I may not be seeing the forest for the trees but;

I am trying to filter and resize a DVD vob movie, I open it in Virtualdubmod, set the filters I want, the ac3.audio is enabled in the streams list, and I save it as an .avi. Virtualdubmod filters the movie ok but there is no sound, the audio is getting stripped out.

I thought the audio stream would be untouched by the process if it was enabed in the streams list, is this not the case?

Or Am I doing something wrong or do I need to demux the audio then mux it back in after processing?

Thanks

Hi!

Actually, the default setting for the audio would be "enabled". If the radio button says "Enable", the audio has been DISabled (and [robably has angled lines through it)!

check after you have finished editing and are ready to save the file whether the audio is still there in the list and whether it is on direct stream copy.
