Can anyone help me with this?

I have a lot of music videos that are in mkv format which I would like to play on my Sony NWZ-S639F Mp3 player. The player allows AVC (H.264/AVC) in mp4 format with a max bit rate of 768 kpbs, 30 fps, and QVGA 320x240.

How would I go about converting the mkvs?
I tried using MKVextract and that leaves me with an .h264 and mp3 file. I don't know how to proceed from there.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Please read the rules (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm), #6 specifically.

Can't help you here.

I never said they were copyrighted music videos. Help would still be appreciated.

I never said they were copyrighted music videos.

But you didn't prove opposite either. So please explain where you downloaded them...

@detonate

Please read the stickie in the Newbies forum. We don't help with downloaded materials unless they are legally purchased.

Since you didn't say you purchased them either before or after being challenged, the presumption goes against you. Thread closed.
