Hi
I had the same problem, drove me bananas. Why .mod JVC ?
SDcopy will let you change the extension from .mod to .MPG
Thanks to jeffy for that tip.

i did burn the video with nero
As data ? It probably still has the .mod extension.
Not a lot of programs like .mod, in fact very little.
You can either use the Cyberlink program to burn the finished project, or use SDcopy as I suggested, and then join and burn with whatever program you like.

i used Cyberlink to join the Files to one
Now use the Cyberlink program (not Nero)to write that one MPEG file to DVD.

i did try it with the cyberlink but i lost the quiality
Which is why I suggested SDcopy.
Man, we are going in circles.
1. Open your . mod file in SDcopy ,and it will change the extension to .MPG .
2. Open the joining/editing program of your choice and do what you want, menu, music.
3. Burn the DVD with the program of your choice.
PS. You might get a better viewing of your post in another section. This one is for MPEG-4 ASP.
