Audio Cleaning

I have a bad audio in a source and i want to clean it up a bit to make it sound better. Can someone recommend me a software or help me do it. The vob is this

This is kind of a dead thread, but as free alternative, Audacity has an excellent noise removal filter to consider.

For noise removal I don't think you can top Izotope's RX audio restoration suite, it works magic! (@ $350 / $1200 advanced version) :scared:

A very good alternative is the ReaFir plugin from Reaper, used in "subtractive mode". (FREE!) :)
