Just compiled and uploaded Dirac (http://diracvideo.org/) 1.0.0 encoder and decoder binaries. Dirac-research fork (slower but higher quality (http://www.schleef.org/blog/2008/09/20/dirac-in-the-news/)), Win32, MMX-optimized, command-line only, DirectShow splitter included.

Higher quality? Last time I saw a test, Schroedinger seems to have done a better job (http://saintdevelopment.com/media/), though that could just be the defaults.

The splitter didn't register, fixed now, re-download please (if anyone already did).
