Can I load an AVI file into AviDemux and just transcode the audio? i.e. output an AC3 file without even touching the video.

Niiiiiice! Just installed the latest release of AviDemux from your site.

I see AviDemux has Aften implemented within the program. Is there a reason why it omitted 448 as a bitrate option? It stops at 384.

Also, I see you can resample the audio which is great. Is it using SSRC for resampling?

A quick search of "resample" leads to "ADM_libraries\ADM_lavcodec\resample2.c", so I guess lavc's resampler is used...

AviDemux just told me a fatal error had occurred when the transcode was about to complete. Where is the AviDemux log generated so I can post it? I'm on Windows Home Premium.
