Sorry to post it.But this is the first time i have come across this error before. When i rip the vob from the dvd the video and audio are in syn.But when I go to use DGindex and create a dv2 file and rip out the audio it picks up no delay at all.So when i go to encode the video. So after its done encoding.I mux the video n audio ,but the video is behind the audio.I never run to this issue before.

But when I go to use DGindex and create a dv2 file and rip out the audio it picks up no delay at all. Are you saying it reports a delay value of 0 ms in the filename of the demuxed audio?

yea...Its the only series i seen this error at.Here look at the out put name of the audio.
ep11 T80 3_2ch 448Kbps DELAY 0ms
ep12 T80 3_2ch 448Kbps DELAY 0ms
You see wat i mean i get the same error for the rest of the eps.

Can you cut the start of ep11.vob using DGSplit and post a link to that (50-100MB)? Also, what was your script for the video encoding?

Ah, that's better.
You've got the classic gobbledegook black starting GOPs problem.
Open the VOB. Hit the > button 6 times. Then hit the [ button. Save your project. Use the reported delay correction.
If you do a timestamps logging, you can see that SCR resets to 0 with each gobbledegook starting GOP.
This also fixes the field order transition at the beginning.
