AVI or MPEG1 split audio channel into two stream

Hi,

I got a whole bunch of VCD karaoke which has Vocal on left channel and Karaoke on Right. I have converted them all to DIVX.

Is there a batch tool I can convert them so Left channel is on stream one and right channel is on stream 2?
