TSmuxer and subtitle

I have a1080p to which I want to add the srt subtitle stream. I didn't find the correct output to have a player able to read it.
If I choose ts or m2ts nothing happen, if I choose blue-ray I must burn it to see if it works.

Did I do something wrong?
Is just a player problem? I use videolan.
