Hi, I'm kind of new to this whole Blu-Ray ripping/decrypting shenanigans. I ripped the Blu-Ray using AnyDVD HD to my hard drive and now have everything there. My problem is all the .m2ts files are split and I have like 50 of them. I'm wondering if anyone can help me with merging them, then putting them into a MKV container. I've heard of eac3to and that GUI, but whenever I direct it to the Input folder, nothing shows up.

Hi!
Click on the following link to another post in this, the "Decrypting" sub-forum:

(If you're not familiar with using command line interface, download and use the "Clown GUI" in conjunction with the primary program)

You can also use TSMuxer (nice GUI program).

Thanks a bunch! I used Clown with TsMuxer and EAC3TO and it gave me the the raw .h264 and .ac3 audio then merged them with mkvmerge. Now I just need to compress it to cut the filesize a bit.
