blu-ray copy 1-1

hi
i try to make a 1-1 copy of a movie already ripped and burned on blu-ray disk using 2 lg-h20 and using nero9 and nero 8 "copy disk blu-ray" option.

the result?
the copy wont play on a blu-ray player, the source one yes, so
something is wrong with nero....!

which program do you suggest me to make 1-1 copy of a blu-ray disc?

Just to be completely sure, try to have AnyDVD HD running in the background. Then rip the contents of the source BD to your hard disk.

Then you can switch off AnyDVD HD. Now fire up Nero and select "Blu-ray UDF". Set UDF to "UDF 2.50" (that's VERY important). Then burn the folder "BDMV" (and "CERTIFICATE" if it's there) that you ripped in the first step.

Should work!

In addition to herrde's answer, after decryption, you can use ImgBurn (www.imgburn.com) (freeware) to burn to BD.

Imgburn is a much better program for BD and also does a great job with double layer BD. It will automatically swicth to UDF for you. I would recommend sticking with TDK or Verbatim. The supplied LG disc with the drive is rubbish.

sorry but if you read, this is not what i was looking for...
i'm looking to make a 1-1 copy with 2 blu-ray hardware (ok my english is bad)

but i dont mean to make a copy on the hard disk and then on blu-ray...

i need to male a copy from a blu-ray reader and a blu-ray writer!!!!

ImgBurn can do direct copies from an unprotected DVD to a DVD+or-R or DL DVD+R, so I suppose it can do that also with blu-rays, but take in mind that the protection will NOT be removed, and the copy of a protected DVD will be useless. Perhaps having AnyDVD HD running is sufficient to remove the protection on the fly, during the copy operation.

What is wrong with making an ISO first (ImgBurn's read mode) and then writing it (write mode)? This is what ImgBurn does when you are copying an unprotected disc. If you are so averse to temporarily having an ISO on your HD, then use another app.

what is wrong? nothing! Its so hard to understand why i already dont do it?...the time!
i need to make a iso (time) then i have to burn it (+time)....anyway tanks for your usefull post!!!!!!!!

maybe i can try with nero7? I dont wanna waste another blank blu-ray disc.... :(

if someone have already succesfully made a 1-1 copy with 2 blu-ray units...

You should take into account that, when a direct copy is made, the IDE channels are more solicited, and the copy is less good than when an ISO is burnt.
