whats the best gui friendly program around at the moment (free if possible) for converting mov files to hi-quality/smaller files? and indeed what is the best codec to use?
- realmedia (I've used this, but its getting a bit dated these days it seems)
what about MPEG-4 AVC (H.264)? or something else?
I've used realmedia in the past ("Easy RealMedia Producer" and directly from premiere) but I'm looking for a batch program (similar to autoGK)
I would like to keep the crispness of the video (as a lot of tutorials, etc show the GUI of relevant programs and are generally static for the most part), whereas others show more of a painting/3d clips.
ANY info or links at all are really appreciated!
