MeGUI will not update core and libs

Is the error i keep getting. It seems core and libs won't update. I have searched google numerous times and even doom9 a few times, and nothing has prompted me an answer :(

I am running windows vista x86 and i am running the program as administrator.

Why won't this update?

the answer is "access to the path ...... is denied".
ensure you launched megui as admin.

Yeah i am running it as Admin thats the thing, i don't understand why it won't update.

check the folder and files permissions then. vista is well know to easily screw them up...
