cce basic crashing??

I downloaded the latest version of cce basic and it is crashing when trying to encode, so i reinstalled the previous version and it is fine...what could be going wrong???...what updates did they put in that maybe causing this issue

I just want to confirm that I have same problem with CCE Basic. It is trial version and when I want start encode CCE stop working.

unfortunately, i think the trial version only encodes a little part of your avs, avi file...but i do have the full version and it wont let me encode, the program just crashes...the weird thing is that the previous version (v15), works fine for me.

Yes, I know that, but encoder won't even start encoding, just after I click on encode button it crashed.
