blu-ray disc, formatting and erasing help

please can someone help me, i'm about to go crazy!! i have spent weeks learning how to back up blu-ray movies, i now have a blu-ray folder ready to be burnt onto a disc, BUT i can not get the damn thing working!! is there a program out there that will do a full erase, format and put the disc to its original state on a blu-ray disc r/w. because i'm trying to use cyberlink but it doesn't seem to work. so i cannot burn anything onto it..
i'm about to smash my head against a brick wall soon, :devil:

Search a little to find the right options and the way to set them (main thing UDF2.5 format).
