Badaboom setting weird fps

Was trying out Badaboom 1.1 yesterday and I'm using it to transcode my Bluray disk for the movie Wall-E. The m2ts is about 18 gigs, and I had cabac turned on, and set the bitrate at about 6700. and resolution 1920x1080 the "advanced" settings in badaboom don't have a way to set the fps.
So after its done, it created a 5 gigs video that won't play. Using media info I saw that the video stream is set to fps of 2.662. weird eh?

using Yamb, I extracted to raw, then remuxed and set the fps to 23.976. plays back fine after that...but it seems stupid that it badaboom sets some bogus fps in the first place.

contact the badaboom developers and inform them of the bug.
it would be also nice to have some of them, even one, on this forum.
