I've dvd japanese source of a anime that have a lot problem of interlacing.

All filter that i've used make a output file with ghost effect
I've try:
Tdeint
AnimeIVTC
Yadifmod
nnedi
IT

So i've used yatta with tfm and e tdecimate

With option blend=true i still have ghosting
If i set it to false it dont
Is the only filter that dont provide me ghosting effect... but there are some line that are indented.

If i use sangnom() i fix it BUT i've a lot of artifacts on other scenes, like rainbows.

So dont use sangnom but EEDI2(field=1,pp=3,mthresh=12,lthresh=12,vthresh=25,map=0)
and i dont have anymore artifact but the aa effect isnt like with sangnom, i still have some interlaced line problem

(yes i try vinverse too)

There are a other filter or a different setting of EEDI2 that give me the power of sangnom without rainbow effects? :D

Post a sample of untouched video. If you have ghosting, you more than likely have blended fields.

May we have a look at your avs script too?

animeivtc(mode=2, aa=3)

And the error message is? + have you used mt=false (I've seen some issues with the MT branch)

I don't seem to have any issues with the MT branch......

Well, what I saw a few times is that it justed popped when calling a mode=2 or 4 + aa=4 (tempgaussmc + fps conversion + egde temporal averaging with mvtools) (too many mvxx calls I guess). I didn't feel like saying anything about it since josey_wells seems to have abandoned any further development.

No error. Only CPU that goes at 100% and crash avsp or vdub.

@Nightshiver

Can you upload some image of your output with animeIVTC?
