mkvtoolnix and chapters

I'm trying to setup chapter with mkvtoolnix and can't figure it out.
I Did a search and didn't find any info showing how to add chapters with mkvtoolnix.
If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

Open up the mkvmerge gui, select your necessary video/audio files, then select the "Global" tab. Move your cursor down to "Chapters" and click the browse button. Find you chapter file (either a OGG formated .txt file, as can be extracted from a dvd with ChapterXtractor, or an actual mkv .xml chapters file), and click ok. Mux, and you are good to go.
