I've got a Visiontek Xtasy 6564 Ti200 vid card and lately, it's been giving me trouble when using the S-Video out to my reciever and then to my TV. When watching a movie at a resolution less than Full Screen, the picture is fine. But once it's full screen, it gets lined as though there is an interlacing problem. I'm using the 23.11 drivers and I've also clocked the mem and core frequencies back down to default. Anyone have any ideas about why this is happening?
