I just got Rambo (Rambo 4) on Blu-ray and I want to make it into an MKV. The problem is that the movie is spread across multiple m2ts's
If you need me to upload a picture of the m2ts files let me know.

What tool do you want to use? eac3to if you select the playlist will auto find all the m2ts files you need.. same for TSMuxer...

Read the first post of the main eac3to thread here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=125966) and for more detailed help, the wiki here (http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Eac3to/How_to_Use). All the information you need is there.

I use HD DVD/Blu Ray Stream Extractor to find the main movie playlist. I then use it with the help of Eac3to to extract what I want or go into TsMuxer and select the playlist in that.

That Blu-ray Stream extractor worked like a charm, thank you very much.
I did run into a few problem with the program like I couldn't extract the only English track which was in DTS 7.1, I had to use DTSHD apparently.
