OK, this is a tough one...at least for me.
I have this title that I need to author so that the main source m2v will be 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9. Title 1 will be 1-2-4-5-7-8-9 and Title 2 will be 1-3-4-6-8-9.
2 and 3 are the same length and share the same audio. Same thing goes for 6 and 7. So why not use multiangle? Because of the bitrate restrictions. The action is very fast at those two points and anything below 8500kbits doesn't work.
Now the good news is that both portions are just 7seconds. So what I did was author the DVD in Scenarist and then used PGC edit to flag the portions as "seamless" (since it's less than 30 seconda the standalones shouldn't have any problem).
But the problem is that when VLC Media Player hits the discontinuities it freezes for about 5 seconds! Any suggestions?
