I would like to know if there is some easy GUI suitable for newbies where you can browse for input files (Program Streams, SD MPEG-2 TV recordings slightly exceeding eg. a single layer DVD size) where you could re-encode the files (eg. 4.9 GiB to 4.3 GiB) with HC Encoder and mux the original audio track/s back, while copying all the pulldown flags and timestamps the original recordings had.

If there isn't something easy, please suggest a harder way ;)

Thank you very much for all your suggestions.

Refreshing the question, does anyone know something like this? The main question for me is copying all the pulldown flags and timestamps from the original file. Is it even possible with some piece of software? Thank you very much.
