2 dvd's onto to one dvd9

how easy is it to put two dvd's at say 4gb onto a dvd9? and then have a menu with a picture of each film and just to click on the picture of the you want to watch?

also is there any real must have single layer dvd or does it not matter due to it not having any layer breaks?

You can use DVD Remake Pro (http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremakepro/index.php) to do this. Probaby best to have each project on a seaparate layer, but it is unnecessary. Burn with ImgBurn (www.imgburn.com).
