Edit/trim/cut OGG without reencoding?

Is any edotor to cut and trim many ogg files without reencoding? Search internet for hours, but can't find :(

I've had good luck cutting and trimming odd audio formats by muxing to MKV and splitting with MKVMergeGUI and then de-muxing the audio track.

Both aren't editors iirc. But should do what you're looking for.
