tsMuxeR Oversize?

Hey guys, what a great little program!!!
I have one little problem. I have a mkv movie that is 4400 Mb big but when I put it through the tsMuxeR under the Blu ray settings the output file is is to big to burn to DVD5.
What am I doing wrong?

You probably have

[x] Add picture timing info
[x] Continually insert SPS/PPS

Thx man, I tried that but the output was the same.
The original file size is 469475462 and the output is 4955310424

m2ts has 6-8% more overhead then mkv. For that file to fit a dvd5 the mkv has to be about 4200 MB max.
