What I'm trying to do is take a bunch of MTS files outputted from my camcorder and stitch them together into one big file, preferably losslessly. I tried doing it in tsMuxeR (1.8.8b), when I play back the file only the first clip plays. Also, tsMuxeR gives the following errors when muxing:
Warning! The file D:\Users\Psythik\Desktop\woohd\00050.MTS has a M2TS format.
Warning! The file D:\Users\Psythik\Desktop\woohd\00051.MTS has a M2TS format.
Warning! The file D:\Users\Psythik\Desktop\woohd\00052.MTS has a M2TS format.
...and so on.
According to tsMuxeR, the video is H.264 1920x1080p @ 23.976 FPS, while the audio is 6-channel AC3 @ 384Kbps.

renaming the extension to .m2ts from .mts usually works for tsmuxer and some camcorder files

Thanks for the help, but no dice. Still only the first clip plays. The only difference is that tsMuxeR no longer gives these errors, and in another media player (Oxygen AVC), only the last clip plays.
And another thing about tsMuxeR: whatever format it converts these clips to, it makes it so I can't convert them to DivX anymore (for this particular project, I'm ultimately trying to convert them for Youtube's HD feature. But before I can even get to that step, these files need to be joined into one big MTS file first. I have yet to find video editing software that can read MTS files.

eac3to file1.m2ts+file2.m2ts+file3.m2ts -demux
try that, then remux the h.264 and soundtrack into mkv or your favorite format :)

Hello
If you want to merge all those files in TSMUXER you must use APPEND (not ADD) to join second and the rest of files. In this way they all will be joined as a single file.
