When ever i calculate the bitrate

and used that for bitrate to encode in cce

the out put file is oversized way is that?

What's oversized, the video alone, or the final DVD size? Are you allowing for the audio? Are you allowing for the muxing overhead, which can be considerable? You're using the Advanced Mode, aren't you?

Also, the more passes you run, the more you zero in on the size you want. With just a couple of passes you may wind up 10MB or so off. If you're talking about a lot more than that, then it's probably the issues I mentioned earlier.

i have solved that problem as i was choosing 23fps that wat giving me over sized video

but i got other problem that in PGC demux. There are two PGC for movies, so, i have to do both separate or both in same one. If in one how and if in two how to join them?

If you'll be keeping the original menus and DVD structure, then demux them separately and encode them separately. Then when you do the Replace step in VobBlanker, replace the 2 reencoded and authored movie parts separately.

If you're doing something else, like not keeping any menus, then join the 2 M2Vs when making the D2V project file with DGIndex. You can join the 2 audios using Muxman when authoring.

Or don't use PGCDemux but make a D2V from the VOBs with DGIndex and get the audio in one piece at the same time.
