Ok ... the vob has a h264 video stream and a ac3 audio stream... Now how can i put it back in mkv container?
Edit:
Oh ... actualy the output files that i had with mkv2vob are mpeg... maybe that helps you help me :-)
I guess i probably somehow have to demux the mpeg file.... I would need the h264 file and the ac3 file.
Then Mux them back to mkv with mkvmerge.
But i dont know how to demux it so i get a 264 and a ac3 file.

I want to convert my vobs created by mkv2vob back to the aspect format mkv. If you created them from the MKVs, just use your original MKVs. Where did you get the MKVs?

Can i demux with automen? Just cant find an option in there.

EDIT:
Thanks for nothing i fixed it myself.
Extract audio and video with dgavcdec.
Merge them to MKV with MKMerge (MKVtoolnix)

You can't get any help until you made clear that this is not a Rule #6 (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm) violation. Missing "original" files smell like illegally downloaded stuff. That's why he had to ask.
Anyway the solution for your problem will be quite easy, I think...

well the problem is fixed. And should it matter where i got my h264 material. Damn even my hd camcorder craps out h264 material. you can put that stuff in any container you like.
And even if it was rule 6 bla bla bla.... if a user needs help with getting to know the essientielles of working with hd material i think this should be exactly the place for it.
If a user cant get help working with these formats then no one will use these formats and therefor these formats will die !!!
It is up to the scene to get people informed on how to handle these new file formats. And i think it should be irrelative were whatever file came from. Leave things like that up to the fbi ;-)
EDIT: Oh and bye the way I own over 70 Original Blu-Ray disk Movies i bet even some of the best moderators cant say they supported this HD Format from Day 1 the way i did :-P
So screw rule 6 is all i got to say.

Read Rule #6 and think. Then you should understand why it does matter

Well, if you don't agree with Doom9's rules, nobody forces you to use this forum. But if you want to stay here, better respect Rule #4 (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm) and also read this:
http://forum.doom9.org/sanctions.htm
And since you (indirectly) admitted that your material was obtained illegally, expect this thread to be close soon...
