Missing file for Windows XP

I hope someone from this forum can help me with a problem. The thing is recently after starting windows os I get this error message "Error loading c/windows/system32/11474.dll file could not be found" It may have been removed accidentally. However I don't know how critically it's needed or how to replace it. Any help will be grateful.

System: Windows XP, SP3

I removed a trojan hourse I think with the same name useing AVG. However when I restart the computer the error message pop up.

Problem solved:- It was the registry string for the trojan removed. Gosh you learn everyday. This computer thing blow you mind.:thanks:
