Simple Way To Import Celltimes

Is it possible to import celltimes.txt file into DVD-Video without demuxing-remuxing?

No. The celltimes.txt file is used by the muxers to determine where they should break the streams into cells. Importing a celltimes.txt that has not been used at the muxing stage has therefore no sense.

Well, if you have a large single cell and want to split it according to celltimes.txt, you may use VobBlanker to do it. I haven't seen any option to load celltimes.txt into VobBlanker though, but it is quite easy to do it by hand (well, at least for 25fps video :) )

As an example I'll take the first celltime from The Dark Knight: 9183.
FPS is 25
9183 mod 25 = 8 (frames)
9183 - 8 = 9175
9175 / 25 = 367 (seconds)

So, the first split should be placed at 6th minute, 7th seconds and 8th frame.

You can convert easily frame numbers to timecodes with the Celltimes plugin for PgcEdit.
