I use the Zalman CNPS 9700 NT and get great temps from my Q9650, when OCing up to 4.0ghz . I previously used the Zalman 9500A, which actually cools a little better, but my new mobo required a 4pin connector... the 9500 has a 3-pin connector. Depending on what your mobo requires, either will perform very well.
