DVD-RB request: multi-selection in segment viewer

Basically having the ability to hold shift/ctrl + left-click to select multiple vts/cells. Could come in real handy when all you want to do is encode credits and saves the hassle of going through every cell and checking no re-encode.

You can circumvent that by dragging the VTS slider to 100% and just adjusting the end credits afterwards.

Edit: Oops, of course it won't work with multiple VTS, you still have to adjust them one at a time.
