x264 in-loop deblocking modification

Hi!

Is there anyway to modify the amount of deblocking done on an already encoded file, without reencoding it? Like for example, if I encoded a file with -2:-2 deblocking can i modify it afterwards to 0:0 without actually reencoding the video?

No, for the same reason that skipping the loop filter on playback causes significant artifacting.
