Hi,
i have just a short question. Does the 2,50 build of AutoGK make use of my DivX 6.8.x-codec or does it really use an old 5.x version?
Thx

it depends on what you have installed on your system

;-)
Ok. I have 6.8.5 installed. But mediainfo says the encodes material is DivX5. (Maybe AGK comes with its own DivX part?)

Not exactly...
DivX 5 and 6 have same FourCC - DX50.
Change View in MediaInfo from Basic to Text and look at Writing library.
It's DivX 2816?
Or open video file in GSpot (http://www.headbands.com/gspot/) look at User Data / Metadata.
See: [USER] DivX503b2816p?
Look here: http://xmm.sourceforge.net/DivX5-6_Xvid_Bitstream_version.php
DivX503b2816p = DivX 6.8.5.
