Error with Megui

[Prahallada]

When i try to encode video it just says "Error" in the status tab and moves further for audio encoding.....I really didn't get any clue of what is wrong....Im posting my Log also....please check and give me a proper solution

Don't give obvious suggestions like Re-install Megui or avisynth etc.....I tried doing all that....Infact i Reloaded My OS also.....Still this problem remains....Please Help Me out
