I am using MeGUI to encode a video, the final video looks fine when it plays in it's normal 720 x 400 window, but when I make it full screen the edges of everything seem to look interlaced(although the source is not interlaced it's progressive). I've encoded this video several times to get the best quality but havent had this problem happen when I made the other encodes full screen like this one.

I have attached a screen shot of my encode so you can see what I mean.

Would anyone know what is making this happen?

Use MPC-HC for playback. I see that you have Vista so go to VIEW -> OPTIONS -> PLAYBACK -> OUTPUT and select EVR Custom Preset. On the right hand side select Resizer: Bilinear (PS 2.0)

That doesnt seem to do anything. Is this a problem with my graphics driver maybe or a setting i need to change? The picture from the video above has looked fine in the past, it is only recently that this happened.

Hi!it is only recently that this happened.Have you possibly turned off "anti-aliasing" for your graphics card?

It seems to be turned on under the 3D settings for my graphics card. I do not know where else to enable it.
