Not realy sure whats going on when I use dvd shrink ,dvd decrypter,or Nero 7 essintials to out put file from HD it says that the process failed even though I have a good back up of dvd I chose to back up that is the disk it says it has failed with it still plays back in PC and stand alone dvd players. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue??:thanks:
