Batch mkv2mp4 container converter

I'm in search for a program which can fast change the container from many mkv video files to mp4. They are all h264 with aac Audio. It would take to much time to make it manually, so the program needs to convert many files in a row.

What are these files and why did you make MKVs if you need MP4?

They are video files. And now I need them in mp4 because I need to use them in Nero Recode 2 for recoding for iPod, but it can't use mkv files.
