Resizing Mod16 error

How would i go about resizing 696x280 so that i wouldn't receive a Mod16 width error or a Resize YV12 width needs a multiple of 4

I know that i have used a video size calculator before but as i haven't used this for quite a while i can't remember how to work it out properly,

Any help gratefully received

Edit: I cropped the width to 256 and then received a Mod16 height error which i corrected with a 8 crop on the bottom
