Outlook problem. Please help.

All of a sudden new, reply, forward and options are all disabled. I tried analyse and restore, to no avail.

I'm using Office XP on Win XP, no problems for months. Anyone know how to fix this?

I don't know how to fix it but I'd like to warn you that by using outlook you are more open to get virusses because of html view of new emails and for those nasty attachments (even though in XP they're automatically zipped up).
