Change aspect ratio of subtitles

Is it possible to change subtitle aspect ratio with IfoEdit? I have a here a Video DVD in which the subs are too wide.

When I set the aspect ratio of the video to 4:3 it subs are in the right ratio, but not the video anymore :(
