megui don´t open mp4 files

Hello I have a problem he talks to each other that when I try to open a file mp4 with the avisynth scrip creator an error happens for what he cannot read them to me and mp4filelibu.dll says the reinstallation can resolve it but I already made it and the problem persists he would thank his help

Thanks that was the problem the haali speaks deletion of the regytry to me and reinstall it and already work, thank you for the quick reply.
