Convert a Bluray disk to DVD 5 Compliant

I have a bluray copy of the excellent Capricorn One on Bluray but i was wondering if i could convert it to DVD5 for using on my second DVD player.

I did a search but i didn't come across a program that would do the job as far as i could see i normally use HC Encoder for my encoding.

Blu Ray to DVD Pro just splits the BD into many DVD's still in BD format. It is essentially making AVCHD's and only work in BD players.

For turning a BD to DVD format I just use convertxtodvd.

I'd advise to give it a go with Ulf's script and whatever encoder you prefer.
