Is there any way to make dual format (BD/DVD) in a DVD+R DL media?
How it can be burn?
Any ideas...

RipBot264 works for me even though it does not make one with menus and stuff.

Blu-Ray~DVD Backup & Conversion (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=135335) may be of interest if you are planning on putting blu ray content on DVD+R DL (=BD9).
