AC3 problem with mmg

When muxing I get the warning:

"The AC3 contains 672 bytes of non AC3 data which were skipped, this will cause audio and video not synchronized"

How can i to solve it?

Can I force to that mmg did not skip these bytes?

Does the file actually lose synchronisation? The warning was "The audio/video synchronization may have been lost." Key word: may. And no, there doesn't seem to be a documented option which forces mkvmerge to keep these bytes.
