Can avisynth take a video with an 8-bit PCM audio stream, and output the audio stream as 16-bit PCM?
(FWIW, I'm trying to use DVD Flick with some AVIs from my digital camera, but they've got 8 bit audio and that causes ffmpeg, on which DVD Flick relies, to bomb out.)
