Hi all,
I know itīs a bit offtopic, but i need a tool :-)
Background:
i am using a software (im) witch will only accept ".ogg" files with the length of 20 seconnds.
"They" read out the header of the "ogg" file and limit music to 20 secs.
Is there a way to "manipulate" the header of the "ogg" (music) file to be set to 20 seconds but to leave the orginal length ?
(sorry for my bad english, i am german sorry)
