Sorry to have to post I usually try to find my answers without posting but I just can't find an answer to my problem at least one that works! I recently reinstalled my OS I have XP MCE 2005 SP3. I went to use my nice spanking new clean install of AutoGK my favorite program for converting my tv shows to avi. I had never experienced a problem before until now on my first tries on the new install. The error I keep getting is when AutoGK 2.45 tries to start the 2nd pass. I get the following error: AVIOUTPUT: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Here are a few of the things I have tried.
1st: ran aviproxy file in agk not fixed
2nd: removed Xvid codec and installed newer version worked on smaller file then failed consistently on any file I tried any size.
3rd: Installed newer version of DivX6 not fixed
4th: installed newer version of divx 5 not fixed
5th: uninstalled agk 2.45, avisynth, vobsub and xvid then reinstalled not fixed
6th: updated agk to 2.48 beta not fixed
I have searched the web, here, agk site, vdub site, divx digest, etc no answer found! Can anyone please help this is very important to me I use AGK on a daily basis to convert mine and my girls shows. I would really appreciate any help I can get!!!
