I keep on getting this error while trying to fiddle with the x264 settings. It came out quite suddenly while trying some combinations. Here is a snapshot (since it is too long to type it out here):

Does anybody know how to fix this annoying error?

Exactly which settings were you "fiddling" with?

or at least... what did you set to 700?

@Merlin7777: I don't know if this answers your question:

@Sharktooth: It was the bitrate, it was as default, and I've checked the Lossless tick-box after that, maybe that's what caused this error.

Sorry for double post, but I forgot to mention that I cannot access the configure panel after I've done that modification.

I tried to remove all it's registry entries and to reinstall it, and it seems to work, thank-you for the help (being sarcastic ^_^)

How do you expect people to solve your problems if you can't be bothered to make a proper bug report and tell in detail what you did so the developers can reproduce the problem?

I did answer to their questions, and I did post a snapshot, more than that I can't do.

That snapshot was completely worthless. When I asked which x264 setting you had been tweaking, I meant b-frames, the number of reference frames, the bitrate, etc.
